Our brick and mortar gift store opened in August of 2002, after existing only as a dream for over 20 years. Our objective was to open a gift store that would have gifts for everyone, but not just the run of the mill gift products you could find anywhere. We strive to be unique, always on the lookout for gifts new and different. We are located in beautiful Sedona, AZ, and we have four million visitors from all over the world pass through our city gates annually. Many of those people stop for gifts in our gift store, and repeatedly we hear "I wish you had a gift store in our area!" So here we are, at your fingertips. Our online gift store is continually growing, and our gift products will be ever-changing, so please stop in often and take a look around. Return Policy: Hopefully you won’t need to do this, but to return a purchase!

  • All gift returns must be made within 15 days of purchase. (Bath and body products are non-refundable)
  • Gift Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive credit.
  • Call us at 928-284-5284 locally or toll free 866-334-5284 to receive a gift return notification number. Please write this number on your receipt.
  • Please package and ship your approved return item (with receipt) to us at: Dragonfly Gift Boutique, Attn: Customer Service, 6623 Hwy. 179, Suite B3, Sedona, AZ 86351 (The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.)
  • Once your item reaches our store, we will gladly credit your credit card.
  • All refunds must be made with the original receipt of purchase (both the store receipt and the credit card receipt must be included).
  • Customer must email tracking number to returns@dragonflygiftboutique.com. The item must be received within 15 days.
